CS Concentric Reducer

CS Concentric Reducer are butt-weld pipe fittings used to connect two pipes of different diameters along the same centerline, ensuring a smooth and gradual transition in flow. These reducers maintain concentricity between the larger and smaller pipe sections, making them ideal for vertical pipelines or applications where balanced fluid dynamics and minimal turbulence are critical.

Concentric reducers are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, refineries, chemical processing, and water treatment facilities. Carbon steel is a preferred material due to its mechanical strength, cost-effectiveness, and ability to withstand moderate to high-pressure and temperature conditions in non-corrosive environments.

At Middle East Piping, we offer Carbon Steel Concentric Reducers in accordance with ASME B16.9, MSS SP-75, and EN 10253-2 standards. Sizes range from ½” x ¼” up to 48” x 24”, and wall thicknesses are available in SCH 10, 20, 40, 80, 160, and XXS. Our reducers are manufactured from high-grade materials such as ASTM A234 WPB (for standard service), A234 WPC, and A420 WPL6 (for low-temperature applications).

We supply reducers in both seamless and welded construction, based on the size and schedule required. All reducers come with full EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 material test certificates, and additional testing such as PMI, NDT, hydro test, and third-party inspection is available upon request. click here
