Alloy 20 Flanges suitable for use in extreme chemical environments. Manufactured using Carpenter 20 (UNS N08020), these flanges offer exceptional corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid, nitric acid, chlorides, and other aggressive media commonly found in chemical processing, food & beverage, and pharmaceutical industries. Alloy 20 is a stabilized austenitic nickel-iron-chromium alloy containing additions of copper and molybdenum, which enhances its performance against pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Our Alloy 20 flanges are available in weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, lap joint, and threaded types, compliant with international standards such as ASME B16.5, B16.47, and EN 1092-1. These flanges are designed to withstand elevated pressure and temperature conditions and are preferred in areas where 316L stainless steel is inadequate. They are ideal for use in chemical plants, offshore oil platforms, heat exchangers, pickling equipment, and flue gas scrubbers.
We stock a wide range of sizes and pressure classes from 150# to 600#, with material tested to meet ASTM B462 requirements.
