Stud Bolts

Stud Bolts are fully threaded rods with two heavy hex nuts, used as the primary bolting solution for flanged connections in high-pressure piping systems. These fasteners are critical in securing flange-to-flange assemblies, offering uniform clamping force and maintaining gasket compression under variable load and temperature conditions. Commonly used in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, chemical, and offshore sectors, stud bolts are essential for safe and leak-free operations in demanding environments.

Stud bolts are available in a wide range of materials and thread configurations to meet the mechanical and corrosion-resistance requirements of various applications. Typical materials include Carbon Steel (ASTM A193 B7), Stainless Steel (ASTM A193 B8 / B8M), Alloy Steel (B16, B8C), and Exotic Alloys such as Inconel, Monel, and Hastelloy.
