304H Stainless Steel Pipes are high-carbon variants of the widely used 304 grade, specifically designed for high-temperature and high-stress applications. These pipes are made from austenitic stainless steel containing elevated carbon content (0.04% to 0.10%), enhancing its creep strength and heat resistance—making it ideal for pressure-bearing environments in petrochemical, refinery, and power generation sectors.
These pipes offer excellent mechanical strength and resistance to corrosion, scaling, and oxidation, even at elevated temperatures above 500°C. The material adheres to ASTM A312/A213/A358 standards and is often used in ASME code applications for boiler tubes, heat exchangers, and superheater systems. 304H stainless steel retains all the classic 304 benefits, including excellent weldability, good formability, and long service life.
Available in seamless, welded, or ERW formats, 304H pipes are produced in a variety of schedules (SCH 10 to SCH 160, XXS) and sizes ranging from 1/2” NB to 24” NB. These pipes comply with NACE MR-0175 requirements and are suitable for harsh environments involving acidic gases or corrosive fluids. Click Here for Pipes
